GeoConcept launches GeoConcept Territory Manager 2.0, a new version of its sectoring module
Paris, France 23rd of November 2010 : GeoConcept SA annonces today the launch of GeoConcept Territory Manager 2.0, the new major version of its module for business sectoring.
GTM 2.0 : New features for a better use of the tool
New features have been introduced in this new version. They provide the user with a greater fluidity in the use of the tool and more easiness to refine sectoring to be closer to the objectives and constraints :
creation of grids in accordance with the customer data (geometric and/or statistical optimisation)
definition of optimization profiles (predefined positions of criteria – time, portfolio balance, density… - for optimization slides)
creation of business poles with integration of distance constraints (no pole within x miles from each other…)
GTM 2.0 : New performance in the search for the best sectoring
Store managers, sales managers and sales forces need to have a clear vision of their local market to optimize the business performance of their organization.
With GeoConcept Territory Manager 2.0, it is possible to go further in the simulation of sectoring by performing long optimizations. With this improvement, the tool can now work to find an optimal solution for a predetermined period of time, taking into account all the constraints that the user has logged in the system.
A real advantage to help reconcile the used data (location of sales people and customers, sociodemographic data ...) and extract an optimal business sectoring.
Didier Robert, General Manager of GeoConcept says : « GeoConcept Territory Manager is a tool widely acclaimed by our customers who need to map their teams and their sales territories to streamline their market coverage and maximize their performance both in terms of conquest and loyalty. With version 2.0, we provide a decision-making solution more complete and efficient, integrating the many constraints of a sales division but also fitting to the working process to make and deploy a new sectoring ».
